Many of us believe that morning breakfast should be light-hearted, while it is wrong. Actually, after dinner, there is the longest gap till morning breakfast and hence it becomes necessary for us to have a healthy breakfast in the morning. We often think that breakfast should be made so that it is ready immediately. Today we are telling you about one such breakfast, which will become instant and delicious. Today we are telling the recipe of nutritious sprouts appam:
Note the contents first
One and a half cup sprouted mix grains (Moth, gram, soybean, groundnut etc.)
Or Moth only (buckwheat)
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
Salt to taste
Oil (to cook)
Onion mint sauce for serving
Add the sprouted grains and 1/2 cup water to the mixer and grind them until they become soft.
Mix all other ingredients well in the mixture.
Pour 1/4 tsp of oil on a non-stick mini 4 pan and pour 1 tbsp of the batter one by one into the molds.
Using a little oil, cook till it turns golden brown from both sides of the pan.
Similarly, prepare the remaining solution in the mold.
Serve hot with mint and onion chutney. This is an interesting and nutritious way to include sprouted grains in your diet.
